Notarized. Filed with the property.
The job isn't done when the trash trailer leaves. We walk the roof one more time with you, file the manufacturer registration, fly a final drone pass, and hand you a notarized warranty packet that travels with the deed.

Final walk-through
Your project lead walks the property with you — roof, eaves, downspouts, attic, yard. We carry a punchlist clipboard. Anything you flag is fixed before we leave or scheduled with a written date.
- Owner-led walk, foreman documents
- Punchlist closed same day or scheduled
- Attic re-check for daylight and dust
- Magnet sweep repeated in your presence
Notarized workmanship warranty
Our 25-year workmanship warranty is notarized on-site and recorded with the county. It's not a marketing brochure — it's a legal instrument that transfers automatically to the next owner of the property.
Manufacturer registration + final flyover
We submit the manufacturer system warranty within 48 hours and email you the registration certificate. A final drone pass is shot, edited, and uploaded to your project folder so you have a 4K record of the finished roof.
- 25-yr notarized workmanship warranty
- Mfr system warranty (up to 50 yr)
- Final 4K drone flyover, owner copy
- Project folder archived for the property

About stage 05.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Anything related to how we installed the assembly — flashings, fasteners, underlayment laps, ventilation. If we did it and it leaks, we fix it free for 25 years.
Does it transfer if I sell?
Yes, automatically with the deed. No paperwork, no fees, no inspection required.
What about hail or storm damage?
That's an insurance event, not a warranty event — but we will document and submit the claim for you at no charge for the life of the warranty.
Start with the inspection.
48-hour response. Same-day photo report. Yours to keep — whether or not you hire us.
