Privacy Policy

Information you provide to us. We collect personal information you choose to give us, for example when you:

• Fill out a contact, quote, booking, or inspection request form
• Use an on-site tool such as the estimate calculator, inspection scheduler, financing calculator, or claim assistant
• Chat with our on-site AI assistant
• Communicate with us by email or phone

Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property address, and any details or messages you choose to include. Information you enter into a form is stored and/or sent to us so we can respond.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically, including:

• IP address, general location, and device type
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site
• The website or search terms that referred you to us

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
• Send appointment confirmations, estimates, and operational messages
• Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site and our services
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We use a small number of first-party cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the Site and remember your preferences (for example, keeping the on-site chat assistant session open). The Site does not run advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. See Section 7 for your full set of choices.

To run the Site, we rely on a small number of third-party services. When these technologies are present, the companies that provide them receive and process your information under their own privacy policies — not only ours.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or TikTok Pixel) on the Site.

Third-party services currently used on this Site:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and edge functions used to store form submissions, chat leads, and power the on-site assistant.

• Google Gemini (Generative AI) — powers the on-site chat assistant. Messages you send to the assistant are processed by Google to generate replies.

• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the Site. Google may receive your IP address when fonts load.
  Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy
• OpenStreetMap — serves map tiles used in the service-area and project maps. OpenStreetMap may receive your IP address when tiles load.

• Our hosting provider — serves the Site and processes standard request logs to deliver content.

Some of these providers process information in the United States or other countries; by using the Site you understand your information may be transferred and processed there.

The Site offers an AI chat assistant ("Skyline"). Your conversation may be recorded, stored, and reviewed so we can respond to you, keep records, and improve our service. To generate replies, the messages you send are processed by a third-party AI provider — Google Gemini — under its own privacy policy. A notice inside the chat widget indicates that you are interacting with an AI assistant. Please do not enter sensitive information you wouldn't want recorded.

• Website provider: Ward Creative Studio designs, builds, and hosts this Site and may process information stored through it on our behalf, solely to provide and support the Site.
• Service providers (subprocessors): trusted vendors listed in Section 4 (database and edge functions via Supabase, AI processing via Google Gemini, fonts via Google, map tiles via OpenStreetMap, and our hosting provider). They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quality Roofing, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

• Email: If we send you a marketing email, it will include an "unsubscribe" link. You may also email privacy@qualityroofingdallas.com to be removed from marketing lists. We may still send non-marketing, operational messages (such as replies to your inquiry or appointment confirmations).
• Cookies: Refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where supported, this Site recognizes the GPC browser signal.
• All other privacy requests: Email privacy@qualityroofingdallas.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — after which it is deleted or anonymized. As a general guide:

• Lead and inquiry information — up to 24 months after last contact.
• Chat transcripts with our AI assistant — up to 12 months.
• Customer project records — for the life of the relationship plus 4 years for tax, warranty, and legal purposes.

You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Sections 7 and 10).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit (SSL/HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information.
• Restriction / Objection — ask us to limit or stop certain uses of your information.
• Portability — request your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@qualityroofingdallas.com. We will take steps to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days under California law). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction of your information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

We do not sell personal information for money, and because this Site does not run advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking pixels, we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@qualityroofingdallas.com and we will delete it.

The Site may contain links to other websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be made reasonably prominent. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
