Materials at our yard before your start date.
Once the contract is signed, the production manager takes over. Materials are ordered the same day, staged at our yard, and a salaried crew is assigned by name — not pulled from a temp pool on Monday morning.

Materials staged, not just ordered
Shingles, underlayment, edge metal, and accessories are delivered to our yard — not your driveway — and counted in. We don't start a project until the full bill of materials is on a pallet with your job number on it.
- Full BOM staged 5+ days before start
- Counted against contract by production lead
- Color and lot numbers photo-verified
- Delivered to site on Day 1, not before
Crew assigned by name
You'll meet your crew foreman one week before kickoff — in person or on a 15-minute video walk. The foreman is W-2, salaried, and has been with the company an average of 7 years. No subcontracted crews. Ever.
Weather window locked
We monitor a 10-day forecast on the production board and won't start a tear-off into a rain window. If weather slips the start date, we tell you 48 hours in advance — never the morning of.
- 10-day weather window required to start
- 48-hour notice on any weather slip
- Tarps and dry-in materials always on truck
- Insurance covers any in-progress weather event

About stage 03.
What if I need to start sooner?
Storm and active-leak jobs jump the queue. We keep a 2-crew emergency capacity and can typically dry-in within 72 hours.
Where are materials stored?
At our fenced yard, indoors when weather demands. Asphalt shingles are kept under 90°F to preserve sealant strip integrity.
Can I delay the start date?
Yes, up to 30 days at no cost. Beyond that, we may need to re-confirm material pricing.
Start with the inspection.
48-hour response. Same-day photo report. Yours to keep — whether or not you hire us.
