The job.
An 84,000 sq ft distribution center could not stop receiving. We sectioned the roof into 4,000 sq ft zones, dried-in each zone the same day it was opened, and finished a full replacement over a continuously operating facility.

- New polyiso insulation, R-30 average to code
- 1/4 in tapered ISO crickets at all interior drains
- 60-mil GAF EverGuard TPO, fully adhered
- All curbs, vents, and skylights reflashed
- Walk-pad network from access to all rooftop units

What it took.
Zero downtime mandate
The facility processed 1,800 outbound shipments per day. We coordinated zone openings with shipping ops daily — no zone opened was left exposed past 4pm.
37 rooftop units, live
Every HVAC and exhaust unit stayed energized. Curbs were reflashed in-place using sequenced lifts so no unit was off-line for more than ninety minutes.
