The job.
An architect-led replacement on a 1928 Highland Park residence required panels long enough to run from ridge to eave in a single piece — up to 38 ft. We mobilized our roll-former on site and ran every panel on the driveway.

What it took.
38-ft single-piece panels
Trucked panels would have required splices. We rolled on site so every run from ridge to eave is one continuous piece — no transverse seams, no leak risk.
Original copper integration
1928 copper conductor heads were retained. New hidden gutters were soldered into the existing system so the streetscape reads unchanged.
