The job.
Eighteen months after an EF-2 hail event, the homeowner had been turned down by three general contractors. We documented the loss from drone, walked the adjuster on-roof, and rebuilt the system end-to-end in eleven calendar days with no out-of-pocket beyond the deductible.

What it took.
Three previous denials
Prior contractors quoted partial repairs the carrier would not honor. We rebuilt the loss package with frame-by-frame drone evidence and a line-item Xactimate scope that matched policy language.
Occupied home, two pets
Phased tear-off kept one elevation closed-in at all times. Daily magnetic sweeps. No interior staging — material loaded straight to the deck from a conveyor.
“Three companies told us the claim was dead. Quality walked the adjuster up there themselves and we had a new roof eleven days later. We paid our deductible. That was it.”
