Blueprint review with the architect. Load calculations, ventilation engineering, and material specification filed before framing begins.

Coordination
Dry-in scheduled around framing inspection. HVAC, solar, and skylight rough-ins coordinated so penetrations are flashed once, correctly.
03 / 03
Punch & warranty
Final flyover, builder walkthrough, and notarized warranty filed with the property — transferable to the homeowner at closing.
